color: transparent to black

Scale: 150%
reverse: checked
Align with layers: checked
Blending mode: Overlay
Opacity: 50%

Adjust curves
adjust red, blue, green on your taste of contrast and hues…

step 6:
Hue/Saturation

Saturation: 25
Lightness: 0
Opacity 50%
Blending mode: normal

Add Solid Color
